You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, our servers, or any systems connected to our store. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

Product Information

OfficeXpressUSA works to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, availability and condition details in every listing. However errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders where incorrect pricing or product information was displayed. In the event of a cancellation you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

Product Condition

All products sold by OfficeXpressUSA are listed under one of three condition categories:

• New — Unused item in original or opened retail packaging. Includes New and New Open Box items. Item has never been used and is in like new condition.
• Refurbished — Previously used item that has been professionally reconditioned by OfficeXpressUSA. Includes detail cleaning, full inspection, functionality testing, factory reset and quality check before every shipment.
• Used — Previously used item tested and verified in working condition. OfficeXpressUSA further breaks down Used condition into three tiers — Used Excellent, Used Very Good and Used Good. Further condition details are provided in the individual product description.

All condition tiers are covered by our 90-Day Warranty unless otherwise stated in the individual listing. Customers are responsible for reviewing all condition details before placing an order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including orders where pricing errors occurred, fraudulent activity is suspected or items are no longer available.

Orders & Cancellations

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Order Cancellations: Buyers may cancel their order within 24 hours of the original order placement by contacting us at sales@officexpressusa.com or calling 1-877-449-1808. After 24 hours the order may already be in processing. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed and handled within 1 to 3 business days. Transit time varies by destination and is displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number provided via email once your order ships. All shipments are fully insured. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers may request a refund or replacement within this window by contacting us at sales@officexpressusa.com or calling 1-877-449-1808.

A restocking fee of 5% to 50% may apply to customer initiated returns for personal preference reasons. No restocking fee applies to returns caused by our error including damaged items, wrong items, DOA or lost packages.

Warranty

All products sold by OfficeXpressUSA include a 90-Day Warranty from the delivery date unless otherwise stated in the individual listing. This warranty covers qualifying product defects and malfunctions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, neglect, power surges or damage caused by poor return packaging.

Intellectual Property

All content on the OfficeXpressUSA website including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and page designs are the property of OfficeXpressUSA and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

All brand names, trademarks and logos referenced in our product listings belong to their respective manufacturers and owners. OfficeXpressUSA is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands whose products we carry.
