How to Request a Return

To open a return request you have two easy options:

  • Log in to your account — if you have created an account with us simply log in, find your order and click Request Return to get started
  • Email us — you can reach us directly at sales@officexpressusa.com and we will guide you through the return process

Please do not send any items back before contacting us first. We want to make sure your return is handled smoothly and correctly.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns for any of the following reasons:

  • Defective item
  • Damaged item
  • Item does not match the description
  • Wrong item received
  • No longer needed
  • Found a better price
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Changed my mind

Return Shipping

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

⚠️ Personal preference returns (changed your mind, found a better price, no longer needed, ordered by mistake) — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

We will always do our best to waive the restocking fee whenever possible. However if an item is returned with damage caused by improper packaging — which would not be covered by the carrier — a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original purchase price may be charged depending on the condition of the returned item.

Return Packaging

The customer is responsible for safely packaging the item for return. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We are happy to assist you with guidance if needed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
