90-Day Warranty — All Conditions
All products sold by OfficeXpressUSA — regardless of condition — are covered by a 90-Day Warranty from the delivery date unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.
The warranty may cover replacement or repair for qualifying issues. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced a refund may be issued after return and confirmed delivery.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or physical damage by the customer
- Liquid damage
- Improper installation or unauthorized modification
- Neglect or power surge damage
- Damage caused by poor return packaging
