Order Processing & Handling Time
We commit to processing and handling your order within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase.

Transit & Delivery
Transit time and estimated delivery vary according to your destination and will be displayed at checkout. Domestic orders within the continental United States typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days after shipment.
International orders may take 15 to 30 days depending on destination and customs processing.
✅ We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. For international shipments shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Number — Every Order
We commit to shipping every order with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. All shipments are fully insured for your protection.
📧 Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Shipment Insurance & Signature
✅ Orders under $500 — Fully insured. Signature confirmation is available upon request. We encourage customers to use their best discretion and request a signature based on their delivery location.
⚠️ Orders $500 and over — Automatically insured and require a signature upon delivery. We will contact you directly after shipment to coordinate delivery arrangements.
📞 If there are any issues with your shipment after dispatch we will contact you promptly and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Carrier Selection
We select the best carrier available based on rate, reliability and delivery speed. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx and others. If you prefer a specific carrier please contact us before your order ships and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
